RETURNS & EXCHANGES
IN-STORE POLICY: For In-Store purchases you may return full priced items & items marked less than 30% Off for a full refund within 7 days of the date of your purchase with the receipt if the item is in it's new and unworn condition with tags to the HUMINSKA store at 315 East 9th Street. Sale items reduced by 30% or more that are purchased form the 9th Street shop are final sales. Returns for exchange or refund are not given for sale items that are final sales.
DOMESTIC ONLINE POLICY: Full price merchandise and sale items reduced by less than 30% may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items returned past the 7 day return time period that are within 14 days of the delivery date will receive a HUMINSKA store credit. Returns after 14 days of the delivery date will not be accepted. Sale merchandise that has been discounted 30% or more are final sales and may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
Returns for merchandise must be in their original, unworn and unwashed condition. All tags must be attached. Returns will be made to the credit card you used for your purchase and may take up to 7 business days to appear on your account.
Shipping and handling charges for returned items are the customer’s responsibility, with the exception of items that were shipped incorrectly or with damages. See DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS below. DAMAGED ITEMS: As the dresses are all handmade here in NYC and not mass-produced we are able to expertly repair or simply replace any item with a production imperfection. We always do our best to make you happy and give you the quality and care for which the HUMINSKA name is known. We can also refund you fully for the item as well as the cost of the return shipping charges up to $20.00. We will send the repaired or replacement item or credit your card upon receipt of the item you are returning or exchanging. You may either take the item to the HUMINSKA boutique at 315 East 9th Street NYC or send it to HUMINSKA at 305 West Broadway #215 NYC 10013. Please allow 7 days for the item to reach us and up to 7 days for the replacement item to reach or the return credit to show on your statement.
INCORRECT ITEMS: If the incorrect item was shipped to you we are happy to exchange it for the item you originally ordered, depending on product availability. We can also refund you fully for the item as well as the cost of the return shipping charges up to $20.00.

INTERNATIONAL ONLINE POLICY: ALL INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALES. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY ORDER THAT HAS BEEN FULFILLED & SHIPPED. ONCE AN ITEM REACHES THE USPS OR UPS FACILITY IT WILL SHIP TO YOU FROM IT IS DEEMED FULFILLED & SHIPPED. ANY ITEMS THAT REACH YOU IN A DAMAGED CONDITION ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF HUMINSKA, RATHER YOU MUST TAKE THAT UP WITH THE SHIPPER.
