SHIPPING & RETURNS

HUMINSKA Ships Only To the 50 Continental UNITED STATES by  USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail with tracking for a flat rate of $6.95 or by UPS (United Parcel Service) as a shipping option with ground service. UPS shipping costs vary and are calculated at checkout and billed to you then.

Full price merchandise may be returned in its original & unworn condition with tags for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date.  Items returned past the 7 day return time period that are within 14 days of the delivery date will receive a HUMINSKA store credit. Returns after 14 days of the delivery date will not be accepted. Refunds for full price items will be made to the credit card you used for your purchase and may take up to 7 business days to appear on your account. Shipping and handling charges for returned items are the customer’s responsibility.  Items may be returned by UPS, USPS or Fed Ex to the address below:

    Sale merchandise marked down 30% or more is not returnable for a refund but is exchangeable in it's unused unworn condition with tags for another item of the same value or for a store credit within 7 days of delivery date.     Sale merchandise that states it is a Final Sale may not be returned for refund and may only be exchanged for a different size in the same style if it is available & made within 7 days of the date of delivery in its unworn original condition with tags ~ you must contact HUMINSKA to make this arrangement in advance of sending the item back or your returned item will not be accepted.  Shipping and handling charges for returned items are the customer’s responsibility. Return Items must be shipped in their original unworn condition with tags to the above address.

    If you received an incorrect or damaged item please call client service at 888-908-0245 or email orders@HUMINSKA.com.  We do our  best to make you happy and give you the quality and care for which the HUMINSKA brand is known so we will replace or refund you fully for the item as well as the cost of the shipping charges up to $20.00. You must return the item within 7 days of your receipt of the item. Please allow 7 days for the replacement item to get to us & another 7 to be shipped back to you. Refunds will be made to the credit card you used & may take up to 7 days to appear on your credit card statement. Return Items must be shipped with the original Packing Slip and sent using UPS, USPS or Fed Ex to the above address.
